Water, sewage and garbage are included in the total price of rent as well as wireless internet access in most Coug Housing buildings. Some apartments also have a gas fireplace, air conditioning and washer and dryer in unit.

We do not provide internet to our residents in houses and duplexes, but Time Warner Cable is a local internet and cable company that you can utilize.
